The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has opened a new party office in Bunyala Sub-County, Busia County, as the ruling party continues to expand its grassroots presence across Kenya.
UDA said the new office is part of its efforts to bring party services closer to members and the wider public while strengthening its operations at the grassroots.
The party said its footprint continues to grow across the country in both membership and physical presence, describing itself as Kenya’s largest political party with more than nine million members.
Speaking during the launch of the Bunyala office, UDA National Vice Chairperson Kelvin Lunani commended the Busia Branch for what the party described as its continued support and commitment.
Lunani was joined by UDA Director of Devolution and County Affairs Omulo Junior during the launch.
Principal Secretary for MSMEs Susan Mang’eni was also present at the event.
UDA said strengthening its presence at the grassroots remains central to its organisational strategy as it seeks to maintain closer links with members and communities.
The opening of the Bunyala office adds to the party’s growing network of offices across the country, with UDA positioning the facilities as platforms for engagement with members and the public.
The move comes as political parties continue to strengthen their grassroots structures ahead of the 2027 General Election.
